If the wrong item arrives or a vessel is damaged, contact support@bonsaistill.shop before repotting or discarding packaging. Living material needs prompt attention; describe its condition clearly without sending sensitive account information.

Request return instructions before posting anything back. Do not send a living tree to an unconfirmed address or leave it packed without appropriate care while discussing a concern.
